Manipal Hospitals today announced that it has acquired Pune-based Sahyadri Hospitals. The acquisition will strengthen Manipal Hospitals’ presence in western India, solidifying its position as one of the largest hospital networks in India, with Manipal expanding to about 12,000 beds across 49 hospitals in the country.
This acquisition will help Manipal to expand its presence in western India, in line with its strategy to augment its pan-India footprint, and provide more patients with access to quality healthcare services.
